We use ACCA and ASHRAE guidelines for load calculation for commercial and light commercial buildings, as well as HVAC duct and system design services for light commercial buildings.
HVAC Load Calculations
Our residential HVAC load calculation services are based upon Manual J®, and this service is required by the State of Florida for all new residential buildings prior to permitting.

We use EnergyGauge software to determine whether newly built single- and multi-family homes are in compliance with local energy codes, and to plan prescriptive pathways when adding or renovating existing spaces.
